NO MORE CONE!!!

Well Zeke's eyes are healing great. He gets
his stitches out on friday!! We all cant wait until he doesn't have to wear the cone anymore (or whats left of it) he has chewed it up pretty good. Zoey and Zeke play non-stop I think they are getting along now. When Zeke can't see Zoey he will cry. They are great friends now.

Zoey NEw Trick

We had tried very hard to get Zoey to Roll over and it only took once to get her to do it. She has always been scared to be on her back, not any more. I think she wanted to show off for Zeke!

Entropion

So, we took Zeke to the DR and he had a problem called entropion, it is when the eyelids roll inward and scratch his eyes. His left eye was worse than his right. It had a ulceration on it from the repititive trauma. He had a surgery to correct the problem on Friday and is now recovering. He is doing well. He has to wear the cone for 1.5 to 2 weeks. He can actually open his eyes now and will be great in a few weeks. I am honored that we could help this dog have a better life. He was living with the pain his whole life (6months). I will post more pics when he is fully recovered.
